The Loadout Network Code of Conduct

Fearless; never careless.

The Loadout Network is built by crew, for crew. Being listed here means people can trust your name on a call sheet. These are the ground rules.

Safety first, every time. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, your training, and the site's safety rules. Inspect your gear. Stop work and speak up when something is wrong. Nobody here gets rated down for calling a safety concern.

Show up. Be on time, be ready to work, and finish the call you accepted. If you can't make it, tell the person who booked you as early as you can.

Be honest. Your profile, certifications, references, and job history must be true. Expired certs get marked expired. Faking any of it gets you removed.

Respect the crew. No harassment, discrimination, threats, or bullying, on the job or in Network spaces. Disagree like a professional.

No badmouthing. Ratings are for verified jobs only and cover safety, reliability, skill, and communication. Keep them factual. Don't use ratings, posts, or messages to settle personal scores, and don't trade or buy ratings.

Companies play fair too. Post real jobs with real details, pay what you agreed to, and treat crew the way you'd want your own crew treated.

Protect people's info. Contact details and rosters in the Network are for finding and booking work. Don't scrape, sell, or spam them.

Enforcement. Loadout Certified reviews reports and can warn, remove a rating, pause a listing, or remove a member. Serious safety incidents are reviewed privately, not posted as ratings. Questions or reports: DM us on Instagram @loadout_certified.
